Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Island Getaway
Your tropical journey begins as you arrive by flight, express bus, or self-drive. At Mersing Jetty, please be there at least 40 minutes before departure. A scenic boat transfer takes you to the charming Alun Alun Island Resort. Once you arrive, check in and enjoy a free and easy afternoon where you can relax and explore the resort at your leisure, setting the stage for an unforgettable escape.
Day 2: Culinary & Leisure Indulgence
Start your day with a delightful breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant, savoring the local flavors that awaken your senses. Enjoy a leisurely lunch in the inviting ambiance of the restaurant, then spend the afternoon as you please. Whether that means exploring the scenic island surroundings or unwinding in tranquil comfort. As evening falls, treat yourself to a sumptuous dinner that encapsulates the essence of island living, leaving you plenty of free time to bask in the serene atmosphere.
Day 3: Farewell with Lasting Memories
On your final day, begin with another hearty breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant, cherishing the last moments of island hospitality. After breakfast, check out and prepare for your departure with a seamless transfer to Mersing Jetty via a comfortable boat ride. Conclude your service with cherished memories of your delightful island retreat, leaving you refreshed and inspired for your next adventure.
Sea Transfer Information
Guests are advised to arrive at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time on the day of departure. Public parking is available at Mersing Jetty for your convenience. Please plan your journey accordingly to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Any additional expenses not specifically listed in the package inclusions will be the responsibility of the guest.

Children Policy
Children aged 4 to 11 years (age determined on the check-in date) will be charged the applicable children's rate.
Infants aged 0 to 3 years stay free of charge.
Terms & Conditons
General Policy
The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
The room is subject to availability.
Reservation Policy
All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.
Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.
Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.
Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.
No Show/Shorten Stay/Early Departure
Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.
Force Majure Policy
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
