Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Journey to Paradise
Your tropical adventure begins as you arrive by flight, express bus, or self-drive, setting the stage for an unforgettable escape. Upon reaching Mersing Jetty, a scenic boat transfer whisks you away to the serene Mirage Island Resort. Once you arrive, check-in and settle into your island haven before enjoying a leisurely day at your own pace. Savor a delightful dinner in the enchanting surroundings and allow the island’s magic to captivate you. (Please ensure you are at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before departure for a smooth transition.)
Day 2: Island Indulgence & Leisure
Awaken to a sumptuous breakfast at the resort’s restaurant, the perfect start to a day of island indulgence. Relish a delicious lunch amid the tranquil ambiance, then spend the afternoon at your leisure—whether exploring the scenic beauty of the resort or simply unwinding by the water. As evening falls, enjoy a delightful dinner that celebrates the flavors of the island, leaving you free to soak in the serene, starlit atmosphere.
Day 3: Farewell to Paradise
After a hearty breakfast to energize your final day, it’s time to bid adieu to this tropical sanctuary. Check out and embark on a comfortable transfer to Mersing Jetty via a relaxing boat ride. As your service comes to an end, carry with you the cherished memories of Mirage Island Resort—a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and adventure that beckons you to return.
Sea Transfer Information
Guests are advised to arrive at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time on the day of departure. Public parking is available at Mersing Jetty for your convenience. Please plan your journey accordingly to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Any additional expenses not specifically listed in the package inclusions will be the responsibility of the guest.

Surcharge is not available for this package.
Children Policy
Applicable to children aged 0 to 11 years (age determined on the check-in date).
Children aged 4-11 will be charged RM300 per person for the package.
For return boat transfers, children aged 0-3 will be charged RM100 per person.
Terms & Conditons
General Policy
The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
The room is subject to availability.
Reservation Policy
All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.
Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.
Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.
Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.
No Show/Shorten Stay/Early Departure
Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.
Force Majure Policy
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
