Day 1: Welcome to Your Island Retreat
Your journey begins as you arrive via flight, express bus, or self-drive. At Mersing Jetty, please be there at least 40 minutes before departure - a scenic boat transfer awaits to whisk you away to the enchanting Bayu Lestari Island Resort. Upon arrival, enjoy a delightful welcome lunch that introduces you to the island’s culinary charm. After checking in, spend your afternoon at your leisure, exploring the serene surroundings or simply unwinding in this tropical haven. As the evening unfolds, indulge in a relaxed dinner followed by more free time to soak in the peaceful ambiance.
Day 2: A Day of Culinary and Leisure Delights
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the Bayu Lestari Restaurant, setting the perfect tone for another day in paradise. Savor a delicious lunch that celebrates local flavors before spending your afternoon as you wish—whether it’s a stroll along the beach or a leisurely exploration of the resort’s facilities. As night falls, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at the same charming restaurant, with the rest of your evening free to continue experiencing the island’s relaxed vibe.
Day 3: Immersed in Island Flavors and Relaxation
Wake up to another delightful breakfast at the Bayu Lestari Restaurant, embracing the fresh start of a new day in this island paradise. Relish a delectable lunch as you continue to explore or simply unwind in your tropical sanctuary. The afternoon offers more free time to enjoy the resort’s tranquil settings, and as the day draws to a close, treat yourself to a memorable dinner that perfectly encapsulates the island’s culinary flair.
Day 4: Farewell to Paradise
Begin your final morning with a satisfying breakfast at the Bayu Lestari Restaurant, savoring the last moments of island hospitality. After breakfast, check out and prepare for your departure as you transfer back to the jetty. A relaxing boat ride returns you to Mersing Jetty, marking the end of your service, but leaving you with cherished memories of an unforgettable escape in this island haven.
Sea Transfer Information
Guests are advised to arrive at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time on the day of departure. Public parking is available at Mersing Jetty for your convenience. Please plan your journey accordingly to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Any additional expenses not specifically listed in the package inclusions will be the responsibility of the guest.

Children Policy
Children aged 4 to 11 years (age determined on the check-in date) will be charged the applicable children's rate.
Infants aged 0 to 3 years stay free of charge.
Terms & Conditons
General Policy
The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
The room is subject to availability.
Reservation Policy
All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.
Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.
Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.
Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.
No Show/Shorten Stay/Early Departure
Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.
Force Majure Policy
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
