Package Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Your Island Escape
Begin your journey by arriving via flight, express bus, or self-drive. At Mersing Jetty, a scenic boat transfer awaits, whisking you away to the enchanting Mirage Island Resort. Upon arrival, check in and unwind with plenty of free time to relax and soak in the serene surroundings. As the evening sets in, enjoy a delightful dinner before spending the rest of your night at your leisure. (Please be at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before departure time.)
Day 2: A Day of Culinary Delights and Leisure
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the resort’s restaurant, setting the tone for a day filled with indulgence. Enjoy a sumptuous lunch, then take advantage of the free time to explore the resort’s offerings or simply relax by the water. In the evening, savor another exquisite dinner at the restaurant, letting the island ambiance elevate your dining experience.
Day 3: Embrace the Island Vibe
Awaken to a delicious breakfast that energizes you for another day in paradise. Relish a delightful lunch at the resort’s restaurant before enjoying the afternoon at your own pace—whether that means exploring local attractions or unwinding in a peaceful nook of the resort. As night falls, treat yourself to a delectable dinner, wrapping up a day dedicated to the island’s charm.
Day 4: Farewell, Until Next Time
Your final morning begins with a satisfying breakfast at the resort’s restaurant, a perfect farewell to the tropical flavors of Mirage Island. After breakfast, check out and prepare for a comfortable transfer back to Mersing Jetty via a picturesque boat ride. As your journey concludes, carry with you memories of this exquisite retreat and the promise of a return to paradise.
Sea Transfer Information
Guests are advised to arrive at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time on the day of departure. Public parking is available at Mersing Jetty for your convenience. Please plan your journey accordingly to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Any additional expenses not specifically listed in the package inclusions will be the responsibility of the guest.

Children Policy
Applicable to children aged 4 to 11 years (age determined on the check-in date).
Children aged 4-11 will be charged RM350 per person for the package.
For return boat transfers, children aged 0-3 will be charged RM100 per person.
Terms & Conditons
General Policy
The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
The room is subject to availability.
Reservation Policy
All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.
Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.
Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.
Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.
No Show/Shorten Stay/Early Departure
Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.
Force Majure Policy
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
